All the Warmth. None of the Steam.
Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the surrounding air, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly. You can work up a satisfying sweat at a more comfortable air temperature while taking time to relax and recharge.
Our full-spectrum infrared sauna also includes red light, giving you both experiences in one private session. We provide towels and walk you through everything before you begin.

Hot, Then Cold. Then Again.
Contrast therapy is a back-and-forth between heat and cold. You warm up in the infrared sauna, take a short round in the cold plunge, rest, and repeat. It all happens in one private suite, at your own pace.
- Loosen up, then wake upThe heat helps tight muscles relax. The cold leaves you feeling alert and refreshed.
- A full reset in 45 minutesEnough time for a few easy rounds, so it fits before work, after a workout, or on a lunch break.
- Both, side by sideThe sauna and the plunge share your private suite, so going from one to the other takes a few steps.
Experiences vary. Contrast therapy is a wellness service, not medical treatment.

The sauna typically ranges from 120–150°F. Infrared warms your body directly, so the air does not need to reach the higher temperatures of many traditional saunas.
How long should I stay?
Sessions are 30 minutes, with a 15-minute add-on available. If it is your first time, start with 15–20 minutes and step out sooner if you feel uncomfortable.
What should I wear?
Lightweight clothing or a towel works well. You will have a private suite and towels are provided.
How should I prepare?
Come hydrated, avoid alcohol, and give yourself time to cool down afterward. A light snack beforehand is fine.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Add a friend for $10 when booking, and we will extend your reservation by 15 minutes.
Who should check with a doctor first?
If you are pregnant, have a heart or blood pressure condition, take medication that affects heat tolerance, or have another health concern, check with your healthcare professional before using the sauna. Leave immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.
