Less Noise. Less Pressure. Just You.
Float therapy uses shallow, skin-temperature water and a high concentration of Epsom salt to keep you effortlessly afloat. With less pressure on your body and fewer distractions around you, it becomes easier to slow down and relax. You control the lights, music, and tank door, so the experience feels right for you.
“We were taken through the process start to finish, given plenty of towels, earplugs, makeup removing wipes, and there is body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. You’re given everything you need for the float.”
- 60- or 90-minute private float sessions
- Adjustable lighting and music — or complete quiet
- Optional headrest for extra comfort
- Private shower and essentials provided
First Float? We’ll Walk You Through It.
No experience needed. We’ll show you how everything works before you begin.
- 01
Get Set Up
Pop in earplugs (we highly recommend them), tuck your hair into one of our caps, and grab the round pillow we provide. It cradles your head and neck for a little extra support.
- 02
Step Into the Pod
The door to your float pod is right inside your shower. Open it and settle in. The pod senses you and starts your session timer, so there’s nothing to set and no clock to watch.
- 03
Make It Yours
Pick your lighting, play music or float in silence, and turn on the twinkling stars overhead. There’s no wrong way to float.
- 04
Let Go
The warm, salt-rich water holds you up, so there’s nothing left to do. Near the end of your session, the pod gently lets you know it’s time to start moving.
- 05
Rinse and Ease Back In
Step back into your shower and rinse off the salt. Shampoo and conditioner are waiting for you, so there’s nothing you need to pack.

Give Your Body a Break. Give Your Mind Some Quiet.
Some people float to unwind after a busy week. Others love the feeling of taking pressure off tired muscles and joints. Whatever brings you in, this time is yours.
A Quieter Mind
With fewer sights, sounds, and distractions, floating creates room to unplug and relax.
Less Physical Pressure
The buoyant water supports your body, making it easier to rest without putting weight on sore or tired areas.
A Better Wind-Down
Many guests tell us they feel deeply relaxed afterward — and some say they sleep especially well that night.

What if I feel claustrophobic?
You’re in control. Keep the tank door open, adjust the lighting, and play music if you prefer. We’ll help you get comfortable before your session.
Is the water clean?
The float water goes through a multi-stage filtration and disinfection process between guests. Our team also maintains the tank and suite for each appointment.
What should I wear?
Your suite is private, so many guests choose to float without a swimsuit. You’re welcome to wear a comfortable swimsuit instead.
What should I do before my float?
Eat something light, drink water, and avoid caffeine right before your appointment. Skip shaving or waxing on float day, and remove contact lenses before getting in.
Can I fall asleep?
Some guests doze off while floating. If you have questions about comfort or whether floating is appropriate for you, ask our team before booking.
Is floating right for everyone?
Please postpone your visit if you have open wounds, a contagious illness or skin condition, or recently applied hair dye or spray tan that may transfer into the water. If you’re pregnant or have a medical condition that may affect your safety in the tank, check with your healthcare provider before booking.
