What is Float Therapy?

Float therapy, also called REST (Restricted Environmental Stimulation Therapy) or sensory deprivation, lets you float weightless in warm, magnesium-rich Epsom-salt water inside a private float tank.

Float tanks use multi-stage filtration between every guest, plus industry-standard disinfection like UV and ozone (often with small amounts of H₂O₂). The high Epsom-salt level also makes the water less hospitable to microbes. We follow North American Float Tank Standard best practices.

Most people don’t. You control the light and music, and you can float with the door open. Recent trials also show floats are well-tolerated—even in people with high anxiety.
